How does payment work?
You pay a 50% deposit by card when you order, and you get your brief link straight away. The balance is invoiced when your final film is ready, and the full-resolution files are released once it is paid.
What is the founding rate?
Our first clients get % off every length. It is applied automatically when you order, deposit and balance included. Once the spots are taken, prices go back to the list prices.
What do you need from us?
Your logo, two or three screenshots of your product, the features you want to highlight and a few lines on who it is for. Most teams finish the brief in about fifteen minutes.
When do the 48 hours start?
When you confirm your brief. We count business days, so a brief confirmed on Friday morning comes back on Tuesday morning.
How do revisions work?
Send all your notes for a version in one message, with timestamps if you can. Each round comes back within one business day. Three rounds are included.
What if we do not like the first cut?
Tell us what to change. The first cut is a starting point, not a final answer: the script, the voice, the pacing and the screens we show can all be reworked in your three revision rounds. Every version is reviewed by our producer before it reaches you.
Can we get on a call?
We work by email and through your brief, which is what keeps the timeline short and the price fixed. Reply to any of our emails and you will hear back the same business day.
Who owns the film?
You do. Use it anywhere, for as long as you like: your website, ads, sales calls, events.
